History:

During the mid 90's, while taking her routine walks through the park, Rachel met with several parents, all of which expressed their anxiety in returning to work and their concerns with finding someone trustworthy to care for their children. Rachel suggested the idea of an agency capable of finding that ideal person for the job. The response was overwhelming and Rachel discussed this idea with her partner, Robert.

Since our opening, and before our third anniversary, the market has proven to be productive. Our files contain more than 700 members, parents and caregivers combined.

Our Francophone family business has maintained a human perspective. We put our hearts and souls in the quality of our service. This quality is represented by the judicious choices our customers make and the respect of each individual.

We believe that a reliable and safe face is of utmost importance in the lives of young children. For this reason, our priority remains the relationship between the caregivers and the parents, whether it be short or long term, and to ensure a bond of confidence between them.

We have at heart the peace of mind the parent needs to continue with their everyday professional activities without the feelings of worry or unnecessary guilt.

General description:

Our agency offers a personalized service that links and matches parents with a tutor, nanny/babysitter or mother's helper, in the privacy of their homes for full time needs of 3 to 5 days per week. Our services cover the greater Montreal region as well as the Laval , Blainville and South Shore areas.
